Me and my itchy skin

So don't know what happened but for the past week my skin has been giving me a headache lol.  It has been red, itchy and dry.  While I do have problems with eczema I dont believe I've ever had my skin react that way before.  As you can see from a previous review, the cocoa butter conditioner just wasn't for me.  It provided an unpleasant scalp.  I am wondering if it could be the culprit for the rest of me but if so, it shouldve been washed off many showers/baths ago! lol I am still considering a major change to my diet once i figure out what exactly to detract. I do know that my body doesn't like too much dairy. Other than that I have further research to do.  The things that have been helping though:

peppermint oil with vitamin e oil baths.
using aveeno advanced body wash in the shower.

i have purchased some nubian hertiage products which are made of natural ingredients.  the particular ones are said to have healing properities. i hope they help!

i have the Nubian Heritage Indian Hemp & Haitian Vetiver Soap and Nubian Heritage Honey & Black Seed Lotion 13 Fl Oz

it has been used once so far and what i will say is they both smell super yummy.  and it took longer for me to start scratching again.

a thick lotion helps- like the one above or pure shea butter.  also putting an oil like the vitamin e oil right out the shower then the lotion.

i'll report any new skin changes or a soothing alleviation if such arises.

Organix Cocoa Butter Conditioner Review

Organix Conditioner Cocoa Butter 13 oz. (Instant Repair) Okay currently I am having serious dry itchy skin issues. Since I have eczema and the weather is climbing in degrees I just figured it goes with the territory.  From head to toe I have just been a scratching like a feen mess! I decided to wash my hair today since it was also giving me terror.

I started with Hair One Tea tree oil cleanser and it was feeling so nice.  Then did an oil rinse with avocado oil.  Then I went on to  use the cocoa butter conditioner last.  This was my second time using this particular Organix brand.  I very much liked the Shea Butter one so figured I'd give this one a try.

Well well well...my hair is NOT happy with the cocoa butter conditioner.  After scrunching my hair with it in the shower and getting ready to partially rinse. the itching ensued again. Aha! the culprit is caught!!! I am not sure what is in this one that isn't in the shea butter one but I would say sensitive scalps be warned.

It has only been moderately relieved with my Doo Gro Anti-Itch Growth Oil and some scratching (yeah not advised lol).

The unfortunate part is sans this revelation, it is a pretty good conditioner.  I like how it makes my hair feel and look.  And the smell is very chocolaty.
